
Below are the precautions, policies, and procedures All My Heart Bridal will be implementing into business operation beginning Friday, May 15, 2020. If you have any questions, please call us at 816-258-2714.
A P P O I N T M E N T S
All brides with upcoming appointments are required to read and abide by the following. Please understand, if you do not follow these policies All My Heart Bridal reserves the right to cancel your appointment. If you would like to discuss these changes, please call us at 816-258-2714.

All brides are required to bring no more than four guests to their appointment for a total of five people, including the bride. This is for the health and safety of the AMH Stylists, and other brides who may have appointments the same day. If a bride brings more than four guests to her appointment All My Heart Bridal has the right to terminate the appointment, or reschedule for another time.

Prior to entering the building, all guests will need to be present. Once the entire party has arrived, please call 816-258-2714, and a Stylist will let you in. Parties will not be allowed in the building until their entire party has arrived. If your party does not show up on time, no additional time will be given at the end of the appointment so it is imperative to arrive on time.

Parties will not be allowed into the building until their designated appointment time. Please understand if you show up early to your appointment you will not be allowed into the building, and All My Heart Bridal may not be able to accommodate an earlier start time.

Once an appointment has begun your AMH Stylist will lock the front door to ensure no one walks into the building unattended. If a guest needs to leave the building please let your AMH Stylist know so they can unlock the door and assist you.

Upon arrival, an AMH Stylist will provide you with hand sanitizer, and a disposable mask. We request all guests, as well as the bride, sanitize their hands, and wear their mask for the duration of the appointment. However, All My Heart Bridal will leave the mask as optional, and not required.

Throughout the appointment, we respectfully ask all guests to not touch any gowns, accessories, veils, or other merchandise in the store. This is to limit the amount of people each item comes into contact with. An AMH Stylist will be available to pull any items a bride is interested in seeing or trying on.

C L E A N I N G & S A N I T I Z I N G
While All My Heart Bridal prides itself on the cleanliness of our store we have put into place additional cleaning and sanitizing measures to help mitigate the spread of germs. This includes:

Between each appointment All My Heart Bridal will conduct a thorough cleaning of the dressing room as well as seating area including, but not limited to: Lysol spray on all the furniture, hangers and dresses, disinfectant wipes to all surfaces, etc.

All My Heart Bridal Stylists will be required to wear masks and gloves for the duration of the appointment with a new set of gloves being worn once an appointment is over.

Disinfecting the credit card machine, as well as general check out area between appointments

Providing hand sanitizer throughout the store for brides and their guests to utilize at anytime during their appointment

Providing masks to all guests at the start of their appointment, and encouraging brides and her guests to wear them throughout the duration of the appointment

All My Heart Bridal will be limiting interaction, including no hand shaking or hugging.

The health and well-being of our brides, as well as their loved ones, is the highest priority at All My Heart Bridal. We understand these are uncertain times, and we are taking every step necessary to ensure we help mitigate the spread, and flatten the curve. While appointments may look a little different moving forward, our mission of empowering women, and helping brides find their dress dress is something we continue to take seriously.
